Wes is well known throughout the business community in the Upstate as a guy who gets things done. His customers rely on him to help them decide which flooring products meet their individual needs. Brent Brown, Residential Sales

Brent is a man of many talents. He has a ten year career in law enforcment and is a licensed home builder and inspector. Brent will ensure choosing flooring for your home and having it installed is seamless and a good experience for all of his customers.

John Tucker, Residential Sales

John is a long time friend and fellow band member of the Josh Ridings Band. John and Josh have been friends for 15 years! John, aka "Shag," plays a mean electric guitar and plays on the worship team at his church. He was an AP History teacher for 12 years prior to working at Carpet One Spartanburg. He holds a Bachelors degree in History and a Masters of Education. John wants to help his customers make the best selection of flooring for their home. He may even give you a history lesson in the process!

Stuart Hansen, Warehouse Manager

Stu is a long time friend of 14 years. He plays guitar and percussion on his church worship team and could also build you a piece of furniture with his wood working skills! He is very technical and thorough and will make sure that all of our flooring installs have the proper materials for the job. He manages the warehouse with precision and organization--the perfect man for the job!

Erin Troyer, Residential Sales

Erin joined our team in January of 2021 as a residential sales associate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Wofford College, where she was also an NCAA Division I javelin thrower and marksman. Erin has traveled to 17 countries, is a certified SCUBA diver, and is a major foodie. She loves helping every customer choose products that will look and work the best for their individual needs.

Joy Harper, Showroom Sales & Bookkeeping

Joy comes to us from the healthcare profession where she was a nurse for 40+ years! She loves coming to work everyday where she gets to meet new people and help them select flooring and colors that will compliment their home. Joy is a delight to meet and we are very thankful to have her on our team!

Kim Deering, Showroom Sales

Kim joined our team in October of 2020 after 30+ years as an educator. Her friendly face will greet you at the door and she is excited to help you make the best selection of flooring for your home! Kim is absolutely the coolest carpet salesman with a doctorate degree. She's basically a carpet doctor. When she isn't selling flooring (or thinking about selling flooring) she loves hanging out with her husband, Mickey, playing on the lake and birdwatching.

Taylor Brandt, Operations Manager

Taylor is the Operations Direction here at Carpet One Spartanburg. After playing in Colorado, where he met his wife, Sydney, they moved to Spartanburg with their son Parker and two dogs. Playing in the woods with his family and kayaking the rivers of the Southeast are what makes Taylor the happiest. As you can see, Taylor has amazing hair and also amazing story-telling skills.
